Muay Thai is the national martial art and sport of Tha iland. It is a full contact ring fighting art often called the science of eight limbs. Known for its practicality, power, and speed, Thai Boxing specializes in powerful kicks, strikes with the knees, elbows and clinch fighting.

PMA's Muay Thai Program is unlike any other. Instructors are certified under Ajarn Surachai Sirisute, founder of the Thai Boxing Association of the USA, the oldest and largest Thai Boxing organization in the United States. They are also active fighters with experience in the ring, which adds great value to the training methods utilized.

Muay Thai Classes are presented in a rotating format which include training using specific drills such aspartner training, pad work, circuit training, and clinch work. Sparring is also included in every class. Use of Thai Bags, Thai pads, kick shields, heavy bags, uppercut bags, speed bags, double end bags, medicine balls, and resistance bands are also utilized.
